Over the course of a semester-long group project, I have completed various usability testing techniques. This project displays my classroom experience with user testing, interviewing, user flows and more. From rough drafts for a competitive analysis to a final affinity map of interview themes, we’ve put the Poshmark users at the forefront of this project.
